Road movie across Belgium -the homeland of the director- a country on the verge of the ethnical breakdown. Although people there have a lot of common sense and humor, politicians seem to be determine tput an end to the nation ! The film explores the belgian political crises with the country’s inhabitants while asking historians and researchers for information and explanations about the causes of the troubles.
